Pricing & General Information
Pricing is determined by menu selections as well as format and duration of the event. Event proposals are calculated and presented either by per person or by pre-priced plated, catering, or custom menu choices (or a combination of thereof). Labor charges are incurred on some private dining and catering menu items and some additional rental charges may apply. Catering events will also be subject to delivery and set-up charges dependent upon distance and labor/materials required. Rentals may include client requested service pieces, bar table and linens. The following estimates do not include beverage service. Cocktail Reception Hot or Cold passed items, three to six pieces per person. Most items are finger friendly. Average Price Ranges: $42 - $60.
Cocktail reception with food stations, three to five selected passed pieces suggested. Some display stations will require additional staff and/or rentals. Average Price Ranges: $60 - $100 Lunch or Dinner Buffet. Our lunch and dinner buffets include all food items listed except dessert. No additional staffing or rentals needed unless requested by the client Average Price Ranges: $38 - $90. Seated Luncheon or Dinner, Liberty Kitchen Chefs prepare three to seven course meals with the option of a cocktail reception before lunch or dinner service. Average Price Ranges: $35 to $120
For private events a minimum of $4,000 is required Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Private events during the week also require a minimum, please inquire as to amount. This room fee is for only one meal period not to exceed three hours. The private dining room is required to be reserved as private and must meet corresponding minimum if guest count exceeds twenty-five (25). Longer event will incur higher room fees. All menu prices include food cost only. All prices are subject to a 20% gratuity and 8.25% Texas State Sales Tax. (Service Personnel charges may vary depending upon time of day of the event.
Guest will be charged for no less than the number of guests confirmed per their banquet event order (BEO). If more guests are served than defined within the BEO additional per person charges will apply.
